BIS’ Northwest London data centre offers 3,000 square feet of managed colocation space to the west of central London conveniently next to the M4 and M1 corridors.

This secure, accessible and technically advanced Tier 3 data centre offers 1.18 kW/m2. Power is provisioned by dual redundant 20MVA power feeds. This carrier independent data centre is easily accessible from anywhere in Greater London to meet both your commercial and geographical requirements.

Power & Resilience

  • Dual 12Mva HV power feeds
  • 6 x 2.2 MW and 6 x 1.6 MW diesel driven emergency power generators
  • Fuel storage for 72 hour continuous operation at 100% load
  • Each generator starts automatically in less than 1 minute to feed 100% of the facility
  • 3 x separate systems of 16 primary and 4 redundant 400kVA hybrid rotary UPS modules
  • UPS capacity of the facility is 8000 kVA N+1 with a 15 minute battery autonomy per UPS
  • A&B electrical switchboards for cabinet power delivery
  • 16amp or 32amp single and three phase power options
  • Provision of DC power systems for network equipment if required
